FRP SHEET INSTALLATION MUST PAY ATTENTION TO FOLLOWING
The waves of both sides of FRP should be lapped over color steel board.
A long waterproofing sticky belt should be installed on the outer side of longitudinal lapping waves or wave crest.
For crosswise lapping, lapping length is not less than 200mm. And waterproofing sticky belt should be installed on two ends of lapping parts respectively.
After setting fixing nails into waterproofing cushion ring, you may drive nails into purline or fix support.
Suggest applying copper silicon glue on nail driving place.
Suggest setting up U buckling strip if FRP assumes angle shape
Final Period during Installation
1. No crack and damage has occurred from fixing screw bolt or rivet.
2. No damage has occurred from dropped heavy articles.
3. No damage has occurred from accidental foot traffic.
4. There’s no gap left at side or end laps of the FRP sheet.
5. Remove all rarity from FRP sheet.
6. Made essential installation record as required by Building Regulation
Special Waterproofing Occasions:
In some places, if rainwater accumulates on the roof surface, it may drip through the plate under strong wind power and seep in waterproofing flashing. Under such circumstance, special measures must be taken in time.
