Overview of Ridge Ventilation
Roof ventilator is a large integrated equipment which integrates ventilation, exhaust and lighting. It is composed of color pressed steel plate, FR plate, steel frame
and other related parts. Roof ventilator has been widely used in the construction of electric power, metallurgy, chemical industry, electric power, shipbuilding and
other industries.
Features of Ridge Ventilation
The roof fan is composed of main frame and sub-frame. The main and auxiliary skeleton are produced in our factory. They are solid and stable. The main frame
is welded with the base steel to the ridged tuyere, making it part of the roof. The side plate is made of pressed color steel plate and bent color steel plate is used for
edge flash. The rain proof board uses high quality FR board to ensure the lighting function. The lower backing plate is set for smoke exhaust ventilation to avoid
indoor rain and snow
A gutter is provided in the ridge fume hood so that rainwater can flow along the gutter to the roof to avoid leakage and rain leakage.
Application of Ridge Ventilation
1, (3℃ < temperature difference 5℃ factory or warehouse does not produce hot air; Reference ar change rate is 6-10/ hour)
2, (3℃< temperature difference <5℃ factory produced hot air or smoke is little; Reference air change rate 10-20/ hour)
3, (10℃ < temperature difference < 15℃ factory produce medium high temperature gas or smoke; The reference air change rate is 20-30/ hour
4, (temperature difference 15℃ factory production of hot air or smoke; Reference wind change rate 30-35/ hour)
