Power plants produce electricity by using coal, oil or natural gas as fuel. Power plant utilizes heat energy produced by chemical energy
combustion and transform heat energy into electricity energy by driving generator rotation formed by mechanical energy through steam turbine.
Currently, thermal power generation is the main force in the market, its main fuel coal in the combustion process mainly produces CO2 and others besides CO,
such as sulfur oxides, nitrogen oxides, soot and organic compounds. In the production process, productive dust caused by auxiliary system such as coal transport,
water chemical treatment, mortar discharge and desulfurization devices will be floating in the air for a long time (ingredients of desulfurization devices milling are CaO and CaCO3).
Long time covering of these corrosive media on enveloping system will form acid and alkali environment, which has strong corrosion for common metal buildings
which are corroded to perforation and water leakage within 2 or 3 years. However, if using FRP material as enveloping system, above problems will be solved easily because
FRP itself has stronger corrosion resistance and self- clearing ability.

Sludge Treatment
Along with continuous improvement of urbanization, sewage treatment facilities have been developed rapidly, but the construction and operation of the wastewater
treatment plant is often accompanied by a large amount of sludge settling. Sludge treatment is a series of processing by sludge thickening, dewatering, drying.
Commonly methods: 1. Sanitary landfill, which may affect groundwater systems. 2 Incineration, treatment cost and equipment maintenance cost are high.
It’s neither economical nor sustaining. 3. Drying, deep sludge dewatering using natural heat and artificial heat. Sludge contains a variety of aerobic microorganisms.
During anaerobic digestion, organic matter will decompose and produce CH4, CO2, H, N, H2S, etc. In order to increase the sterilization effect,
some lime powder and amino acid will be added, but amino acid produces lots of NH3 in reaction. NH3 PH value is> 12 and presents alkaline.
In this case, sun-dried plant and dehydration plant will be easily corroded and short time replacement is not economical. Hence our FRP
anti- corrosive sheet are suitable for such plants due to its excellent acid and alkali resistance.

A lot of waste water is produced in the paper making process. In terms of waste water treatment, Nine Dragons uses an efficient anaerobic IC
reactor to convert organic pollutants from waste water into usable biogas for reuse. The new sludge drying incineration technology reduces
