Smelting Industry

Smelting is a refining technique, refining metal from ore by roasting, smelting, electrolysis, chemical methods, reducing the metal impurity components.

 Generally there are dry smelting (melting at high temperature), hydrometallurgy (extraction of acids, alkalis and saline solution), chemical reaction

 (extraction by chemical reaction such as oxidation, deoxidation, neutralization, hydrolysis and complexing). In the smelting process, large amounts 

of sulfur dioxide will be produced and sulfur dioxide has a strong corrosion on the metal material. Over time, the metal sheet metal will be corroded 

 into perforation and affect its normal function, and even affect safety

Project Case——Zhejiang Fuye Group Co., Ltd Established in 1958, Fuye Group is the first metal smelting enterprise in Zhejiang Province. 

When they build a new plant, they carefully analyze and compare various material and lots of suppliers and finally chose TOPRISE gray anti-corrosive sheet

Non-ferrous Metal Industry

Copper Electrolytic is a process with copper as the anode and an electrolyte (copper sulfate solution containing free sulfuric acid) as the cathode. 

Large amount of sulfuric acid solution is used in the production process. Volatilization of sulfuric acid is a major corrosion source for steel buildings

 and other equipment. Even though anti-corrosion measures are taken, there will be lots of rust, corrosion and perforations on metal sheet within 3 years,

 so it’s not suitable to use color steel or galvanized steel. Anti- corrosive sheet as non-metallic material has strong acid and alkali resistance so that it 

can completely solve problems caused by volatile sulfurous acid gas.

TOPRISE Project Case——Shangrao Hefeng Copper Co., Ltd A processing company that does copper smelting by recycling waste copper. 

Large amounts of acid vapors are produced in the electrolytic and pickling process. Previous enveloping system has been seriously destroyed.

 Now they use our TOPRISE gray flame-retardant and anti- corrosive sheet, wall profile 25-1025 (1.5mm) and roof profile 35-840 (2.0mm).
